Strawberry Bay (WA 50.4) is in the northern Salish Sea, just east of Rosario Strait and on the west side of Cypress Island, Washington, USA. This site is located within the Washington State Department of Natural Resources Cypress Island Aquatic Reserve. The primary species at this site is native eelgrass, Zostera marina. Between 2012-2024, Z. marina decreased at the Strawberry Bay SeagrassNet transect. Only transect B (0 m, MLLW) is monitored at this site.
