Nantucket 2 is partially within a restored eelgrass (Zostera marina) bed adjacent to a mooring field. Transect A is entirely within the mooring field, transect B is within the restored area and transect C is located towards the deep edge of the bed. The area experiences high boat traffic in the summer. Monitoring started in 2024.
